SEAPONY "Dreaming" MP3

If you think that grunge and college rock is the only thing to have come out of Seattle, you’re highly mistaken. Seattle’s Seapony has produced some of the jangliest and tweeest pop music to have come out of the United States soil in quite some time. Coming off their full-length Go With Me and their Dreaming 7″, the single “Dreaming” is a simple pop tune with light fuzzy pop punk aesthetics that would make all the indie pop and twee kids grin ear to ear while bobbing up and down. If you’re a New Yorker, make sure not to miss them on June 16th, 2011 at Bruar Falls for New York City Popfest’s Northside Festival Showcase. In a crowded room with pop kids, Seapony won’t sound anything less than heroes to their ears.
