HARD NIPS "Release It" MP3 + RECORD RELEASE TONIGHT

Hard Nips

This Brooklyn-based all Japanese riot grrrl act will be releasing their debut EP tonight ala 10″. In less than a year they’ve performed with Japanese contemporaries such as Shonen Knife, Zoobombs and Starscream. On top of that, they’ve rocked parties for VICE, CMJ and SXSW. Along the lines of Bikini Kill, Sleater-Kinney, Bratmobile, Le Tigre and AC/DC this quartet completely rocks the stage with their highly energetic grungy live shows. With Yoko Sawai helming the mic she explodes with a frantic adrenaline easily seducing anyone that makes eye contact with her. Emi pounds the skins at a thunderous pace leaving vibrations hard enough to give you a seizure. And on wings, Gooch and Mariko shred their guitars so loud that the only way to relieve yourself is to bang your head.

So with that, if you haven’t seen them live tonight (December 7, 2010) is the night to get your first experience with Hard Nips. At the Cake Shop they’ll be performing with Juiceboxxx, Greatest Hits and Jubilee. It’s going to be a complete animal house.
