MACKINTOSH BRAUN “Could It Be” MP3

Mackintosh Braun

Mackintosh Braun are a production duo from Portland, Oregon. Their name may not be swirling around in buzz for their live shows or massive touring plans; but they’ve possibly left lingering sounds in people’s ears through their music placement. First, they made an appearance in Grey’s Anatomy. And recently they had a track on Cougar Town.

In their track “Could It Be” you hear just why their music is perfect for TV audiences. The blend of old and new fuses together that could appeal to two separate audiences. The new wave aesthetics would have TV fans thinking that it just may be a song taken from an era once known as the eighties. On the other hand, their contemporaries would appreciate their technique for modernizing a genre that they do try to modernize and hone as their own.

Their new album Where We Are is available now.
