LA SERA “Never Come Around” MP3 + TOUR

La Sera

One of the best things about being in a successful and eventually, maybe possibly short-lived band is the ability to go out on your own and start a “side-project.” So Vivian Girls bassist Katy Goodman decides it’s just about the right time to drop some of her own songs. And under the name La Sera she will be release her “Never Come Around” 7″ under Hardly Art. The track includes the same fuzzy aesthetics as Vivian Girls though the arrangements are much more fine-tuned than the pop punk trio dishes out. A dash of twang and lush harmonies describes the song well.

And of course duties to promote the new release ensues. Tour dates opening up for Jenny and Johnny and No Joy will begin in October and November.
