SOLID GOLD “Synchronize” (White Sea Remix) MP3

Solid Gold

After their east coast tour a few weeks ago Solid Gold had to perform a benefit show for themselves in their hometown tonight at the 7th Entry.  For themselves you ask?  Well, thanks to some smart Brooklyn-kids some of their gear was stolen.  For a band that primarily supports themselves having gear stolen is a huge axe to the pockets especially with an upcoming east coast tour.  The band has produced everything from their own CDs, tee shirts, posters and even shoes.  Yup, shoes.  Check out a remix of their latest release “Synchronize” Morgan Kibby of M83.  Their dark moody synth-driven song becomes even darker wave of emotion.

Check them out in the west coast here:

04.29.10 @ The Troubador West Hollywood, California (w/ Jamie Lidell)
04.30.10 @ Rickshaw Stop San Francisco, California (w/ Lemonade)
05.02.10 @ Spaceland Los Angeles, California
05.03.10 @ Detroit Bar Costa Mesa, California
05.04.10 @ Soda Bar San Diego, California
05.06.10 @ Urban Lounge Salt Lake City, Utah
05.07.10 @ Larimer Lounge Denver, Colorado
