I would be lying if I said that the new track “Mother of Pearl” by Silver Swans didn’t sound a little similar to Camera Obscura’s vibe of indie pop. But this new demo track from their forthcoming album Forever is absolutely full of sweet delicious pop goodness. Starting off with a thumping bass then later to be embraced by a lush harmonies and lead by Ann Yu’s soft vocals the song is the perfect song for Spring.
Be on the look for their upcoming album. I’ve heard it and it’s absolutely gorgeous.
