Still Corners recently announced a tour that got a lot of people excited. But the band recently stated that they’ve jumped the gun with the announcement. So I am expecting to see even more tour dates released shortly. But if you haven’t heard the buzz surrounding the band, do listen to “Endless Summer.” Though it may follow the vein of other shoegaze bands at the moment such as School of Seven Bells, it is one of the most gorgeous songs I’ve heard. And even though the two feet of snow outside may not resonate with the song’s title, the haunting organ and ghostly percussion describes the winter madness that everyone’s feeling at the moment.
Don’t wait until that new single is released on Sub Pop. Go out and see them once those new tour dates are announced.
