Nite Club is one of Brooklyn’s most underrated dance outfits. They’ve been at it for the last few years. With rave reviews of their album My Tronic and live shows that have hit everywhere from New York to Tokyo, they’re on a brand new mission next year. A brand new set of songs and upcoming killer shows are the key. Pushing things to the limit is their goal.
But if you’ve missed out on Nite Club, well here’s a little time travel video for those not in the know. Captured and then edited by Joe Welter, one of Nite Club’s first shows can be see here. The track behind the video is “Collection Agency” (Reebok Pump Mix) from My Tronic. It’s a roller coaster of east coast break beats mixed in some strong electro dance grooves for good measure. This is one of their best songs live. Richard’s vocals are so smooth on top of Cru Jones’ ridiculous drumming. It makes more than just feet move but the heart beat.
Make sure to peep the track and keep your eyes and ears out for these guys next year.
