FYFE DANGERFIELD “She’s Always A Woman” (BILLY JOEL Cover) from John Lewis Commercial

From John Lewis Ad: Never Knowingly Undersold

The other day I saw The Culture of Me post YouTube video for John Lewis’ new commercial “Never Knowingly Undersold.”  In the ad, Fyfe Dangerfield’s (of The Guillemots) rendition of Billy Joel’s “She’s Always A Woman” was used. The track sounds incredibly similar to the original but is just as endearing.  A perfect representation of John Lewis’ target market.  The cover song appears on the new digitally repackaged version of Dangerfield’s album Fly Yellow Moon.  It’s available through iTunes here.
