MADELEINE PEYROUX New Old Navy Jeans (Commercial MP3)

MADELINE PEYROUX New Old Navy Jeans

Enchanting and sensually alluring, the new OLD NAVY JEANS commercial for their new line of “FLIRT” jeans had a song. A song quite loungey and flirtatious you can say. This song is titled “Blue Alert” from MADELEINE PEYROUX’s Half The Perfect World which was released September 12, 2006.

MADELEINE PEYROUX has been performing for years now. She has released three albums and opened up for the likes of Sarah McLachlan, Cesaria Evora and even the Lilith Fair. Her vocals is her primary tool. She breezes effortlessly in “Blue Alarm” which gives the OLD NAVY commercial a flirtatious touch to the watchful viewer.  It makes those nice snug jeans on those pretty girls quite quite irresistible with her voice calling out to you.  It’s quite a charming song.

I saw the commercial for the first time this past weekend while traveling. Two thoughts hit me simultaneously: 1) ‘This is an Old Navy commercial??’ and, 2) OMG! That’s Madeleine Peyroux singing!!

Old Navy adverts used to be so embarrassingly bad. The “Flirt” thing is a bit overdone, “butt” a nice change. A very callypygian ad, indeed! ;)

And, OMG, they’ve got Madeleine Peyroux singing!
